Shipping & delivery
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You can find an estimated timeline for your order at checkout.
Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
Express shipping: 1-3 business days
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered. Please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping is available to select destinations at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer returns on eligible items within 20 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 20 days of the delivery date.
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Have the hygienic liner fully intact.
- Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, sunscreen, stains, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, please email care@stylresort.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 – 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I exchange for another size?
If you'd like a different size, we're happy to offer exchanges based on product availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund (where applicable).

How should I care for my bikini?
To preserve the color, shape, and quality of your swimwear, rinse thoroughly with cool, fresh water after wearing. Hand wash gently or machine wash cold with mild detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade and avoiding the dryer. Heat and agitation can affect the fabric, elasticity, and overall shape of your swimwear.
What are your bikinis made from?
Our swimwear is made from premium Italian fabric crafted with recycled fibers. The fabric is soft, lightweight, and designed to provide a comfortable four-way stretch.
We thoughtfully select premium recycled materials and prioritize quality and longevity. Our goal is to create pieces that feel beautiful, perform beautifully, and remain part of your wardrobe season after season
Is the fabric resistant to chlorine and sunscreen?
Our fabric is designed to be resistant to chlorine, sunscreen, and pilling, making it well suited for long days in the sun and water. And, our swimwear fabric offers UPF 50+ protection.
How do I find my size?
Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend considering your preferred level of coverage and fit. If you prefer a more secure, supportive fit, we recommend sizing down when appropriate. For more relaxed coverage, consider sizing up. When in doubt, contact us and we’ll be happy to help with sizing.
